PowerToys is a great set of productivity tools. but command-line is the alias of productivity

- Me, when I created this issue

New CLI PowerToy ideas and enhancements

CLI and Terminal related enhancements and new PowerToy ideas

• Detect Windows Terminal is set up and add the "profiles" as entries in Powershell Run ([Run][New Plugin] Windows Terminal: show "profiles" as entries in results #4194)
• Windows terminal launch hot key (Windows terminal launch hot key #2629)
• Integrate console in file explorer (Integrate console in file explorer #2555)

"Add a "sudo" utility to quickly execute a single command as Admin inside a cmd/powershell console" is an extremely useful thing to have. There is Open Source project that already does this -> gerardog/gsudo

Written in C#, licensed under MIT and it works.

why do we feel we need this?

I created this issue because I would like to get more attention on new CLI PowerToy ideas. PowerToys primarily focuses on GUIs (They are awesome :) ) but I think there should be more CLI powertoys and enhancements.

I realized that this issue is kind of useless.
