Environment
PowerToys v0.31.2
Windows: 10 0 18362 1171

Say that you have FancyZones set to a 2x2 grid layout, but want to snap the window to the entire half of the screen like the way it's traditionally done.

Expected Result
Adding Shift or some other modifier (Win+Shift+Arrow keys) would temporarily bypass FancyZones.
