Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.87.0-insider
  • OS Version: Darwin arm64 23.4.0

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Write const regex = /test/v; in any .(j|t)sx? file
  2. See that syntax highlighting breaks
