Docs: Pages cannot be saved with the Browser

Issue:

1. Visit any page on https://www.typescriptlang.org
2. Save the page with Ctrl+S (on mac Cmd+S)
3. Open the locally saved HTML File
4. cry

When open the locally saved HTML file, the browser opens / Directory of the system

(Tested with Chromium based Browser)

Recommended Fix:

As a visitor of the https://www.typescriptlang.org, I want the option to save pages locally for offline usage or in educational context when referring to TypeScript in scientific papers.
