Steps to repro the issue:

  1. Perform a gvfs clone
  2. mklink /H <path outside repo> <file inside repo>
  3. Check the ModifiedPaths.dat file:
M:\hltest\.gvfs\databases>type ModifiedPaths.dat

A

M:\hltest\.gvfs\databases>
