Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Launch the XAML Controls Gallery (Debug) App
  2. Go to search bar and type Info Badge and hit enter key.
  3. Now Tab to navigate to the controls available in info badge page and observe there is no label for the control under 'Placing an info badge inside another control' heading.

Actual behavior
On navigating to this button, Narrator is announcing as "Button" there is no label provided for this button here.

Expected behavior
A proper label must be given to this control and user must be able to access this button.

Change the label to "Refresh Button", as a rudimentary sample I think its okay it doesn't do anything, but we could have it add something to a collection.
