[a11y BUG] Narrator focus is moving to decorative image and announcing as Image in the Generate Text Page

Repro Steps:
Launch AI Dev Gallery App
Navigate to Scenarios button in the left pane and invoke it
Navigate to Text Dropdown and invoke it
Navigate to Generate text and invoke it
Now Navigate to Decorative image, which is available next to Pho 3 Mini DirectML label and observe the behavior
Actual Result:
Narrator focus is moving to decorative image and announcing as Image in the Generate Text Page.
Note: Similar kind of issue is observed for All Models in the AI Dev Gallery App.

Expected Result:
Narrator focus shouldn't move to decorative image in the Generate Text Page.

User Impact: Who rely on the Screen Reader users will confuse if Narrator focus is moving to decorative image and announcing as Image in the Generate Text Page.

Fix:
If it's a decorative image, If you can use the Alt=" " or else can use the role=presentation so that screen reader focus will not move to the decorative images.
