We're glad you are here and look forward to your delivery of this amazing content! As an experienced presenter, we know you know HOW to present so this guide will focus on WHAT you need to present. It will provide you a full run-through of the presentation created by the presentation design team.
Along with the video of the presentation, this document will link to all the assets you need to successfully present including PowerPoint slides and lab instructions. For field stops, please see the Field Stop Delivery Guide.

The presentation slides for this session have presenter notes in each part of the session. We recommend to refer to these during your preparation and you can also refer to the notes using a second monitor during your live delivery of the presentation at AI Tour.
Note: Timings are approximate but overall, should allow a buffer for extending areas (ex: Closing / Calls to Action) at speaker's discretion

During the presentation, the audience will be completing a lab. Ensure to leave 45 minutes for the audience to complete the lab after activating their Fabric and Teams trials. Give 15 minutes for the audience to start the lab and then continue with the presentation as they complete it.
For field stops, please make sure to that the audience has the following requirements adhered to when completing the lab:
- An account with a Microsoft Fabric trial enabled.
- An account with a Microsoft Teams trial enabled.
- If the audience does not have an existing Microsoft 365 account, they can sign up for a free trial here
- Then they can sign up for a free trial for Microsoft Fabric here
- People with their own Microsoft 365 trial account need to enable the Map Visual and Data Activator in Power BI. This can be done by turning the Map and Data Activator toggles on in the Power BI Admin Portal.
- Once these steps are completed, the audience can start the lab by following the instructions under the lab folder in this repo.
