Login page issue

I deployed the latest version of the app, everything went fine, but when I open the application, the login page kinda weird and the buttons are missing. What can cause this behaviour?

@neidantaslopez I have done the following steps, but the issue still persists:

Production App Setup

1. Navigate to [Azure AD Apps setup]
2. Create a [New Registration]
3. Fill in the following details

What should I do next? Could you please provide a step-by-step description? Thx
