Supported hosting plans

Hello,
in the documentation I can see you guys testing with Elastic Premium plans, and in the issues i saw you guys adding support for consumption plans. I am missing information about dedicated hosting plans.

Do you have any information if there are issues going that route, or do EP plans give certain advantages over dedicated plans one should know about?
