When navigating to the site, you have to log in. I get the following error after doing so:
(redacted) is not authorized to access this page.
It seems strange to have such links on a public website so I am wondering if this is an oversight.
I would love to be able to access these additional resources if at all possible.

I use the Fluent 2 site (https://fluent2.microsoft.design) a lot for best practices and guidance. It often refers to a different styleguides website that is locked behind a login (https://styleguides.azurewebsites.net/).
Concrete example is the Fluent 2 Dialog Dismissal Behavior: https://fluent2.microsoft.design/components/web/react/dialog/usage.
