AutoComplete with many items doesn't scroll the dropdown when using keyboard

If you have an auto complete with many items, as here:

And use the keyboard (Down Arrow) the select row just moves out of sight, rather than scrolling the list when you hit the bottom of the drop down.

I'd submit a bug report for it but can't make head or tail of the required environments for that.
