IRequestAdapter is not an interface intended to be used by application developers

IRequestAdapter is the interface between generated code and the Kiota core libraries. When a developer finds that they need to tweak a request in a way that Kiota does not support, they should generate a native request from the requestbuilder and then use the native client to make the call. IRequestAdapter is not an "onion layer".
