For the beta release we want all the abstraction and core packages to be available publicly as a preview without requiring sign-in from consumers.

in go only sources are distributed, no assets. This means there no "feed" and it relies on conventions over source control (git).
The only work left here is to move the kiota libraries to their own repo, and create a v1 tag for GA.
The libs are already available as a preview as of right now, with a v0 tag to signal to people breaking changes might happen
