Proposal: Reorganize Tests for Better Execution

Problem

Currently, all local tests are written inside a single function test_markitdown_local. This cretes two main issues:

• If one test fail, the rest don't run
• It's hard to run specific tests

Solution

Split local tests to other file and into separate functions
