Around 6pm ET last night (4/1/2021), I noticed several error messages like the following:

Warning: unable to access index for repository https://mran.microsoft.com/snapshot/2019-07-05/src/contrib:
  cannot open URL 'https://mran.microsoft.com/snapshot/2019-07-05/src/contrib/PACKAGES'
Warning: package ‘shinyWidgets’ is not available (for R version 3.6.0)

and

cannot open URL 'https://mran.microsoft.com/snapshot/2019-07-05/src/contrib/shinyWidgets_0.4.8.tar.gz'
Warning in download.packages(pkgs, destdir = tmpd, available = available,  :
  download of package ‘shinyWidgets’ failed
