  • Microsoft R Open 3.5.2 is based on R-3.5.2.
  • The default CRAN mirror has been updated to point to the fixed CRAN repository snapshot from February 1, 2019. Visit our Package Spotlight page to read more about some of the new and updated packages available using that snapshot date as the default repository for this release.

  • As of this Microsoft R Open 3.5.2 release, macOS is no longer supported.
  • The following bugs have been addressed in this release:
    • The curl package shipped with MRO no longer throws errors when accessing https urls.
    • MRO no longer adds the CRANextras repository to the default repositories.
