Add overflow menu to component Activity

Currently, the overflow menu from the home screen disappears when navigating to a component. To access the overflow menu, one would have to navigate back first. For scenarios where there are only one component, and the test app navigate immediately to it, it may be confusing for users as it's not obvious whether it's been navigated to or replaced.
