Problem Description

Hey folks - is it actually the case that the latest stable version of React Native for Mac OS is 0.71? That's what the docs say here:

https://microsoft.github.io/react-native-windows/docs/rnm-getting-started#:~:text=**%20Latest%20stable%20version%20available%20for%20React%20Native%20for%20macOS%20is%200.71**

I was messing around with a project for a few days on 0.71.0 because the quick start command also starts a React Native project with 0.71.0, but after getting stuck and wishing I could use a more recent version, I saw latest is maybe 0.75.6: https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-native-macos/v/0.75.6

Happy to submit a quick PR to update the docs but figured I'd file an issue first and ask around, not sure what you actually consider "stable" in this regard.

Thanks in advance!
