Following discussion here: Should Accessibility Providers Be Implemented Conditionally on Role Type? · Issue #13934 · microsoft/react-native-windows

We should add accessibility information to the website on how to create correct accessibility data/interactions on Windows, so developers creating custom controls can create compliant components.

The WinUI Gallery has a page on Accessibility with live practical examples.

But regardless, detail should exist on the website for how to do this for custom controls.
