Summary

The cpp-lib template should have both paper (ViewManager) and fabric (ComponentView) implementations of the "golden template".

Motivation

In order for us to have one lib template that supports both paper and fabric, we need to update it to include implementations for both paper and fabric so developers have a clear starting point for both
