Project Reunion has warnaserror enabled in CI and PR validation disabled becuase of MIDL outputting unneeded warnings..
This is fixed in a later version of MIDL but we can't use that versoin in project reunion yet.
https://task.ms/30935318 tracks updating. This issue tracks removal of the warnaserror so we won't introduce any new warnings into the build.
