Description of the new feature/enhancement

That'd be great if I could right-click Terminal's icon on taskbar and got a menu of the available shells from my config. Then, if I click on the shell in the menu, Terminal would start with that shell in the active tab.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Check out right click menu for Outlook: you can compose a new email or schedule a meeting in just 2 clicks.
