Repro Steps:

Hit the URL: https://code.visualstudio.com/download?dark-plus-v2
Tab till any link (Insider Build, vscode.dev etc).
now check the Color contrast ratio between the links and surrounded text is 2.449:1 which is less than the 4.5:1.

Actual:

Color contrast ratio between the links and surrounded text is 2.449:1 which is less than the 4.5:1

Expected:

Color contrast ratio between the links and surrounded text should not less than the 4.5:1

Verified the issue in the environment https://code.visualstudio.com/download?dark-plus-v2
Issue does not repro hence closing the bug.

@Govardhani-T @v-anandita I believe this issue is invalid.
The links are already disambiguated using underlines.
