We recently updated the telemetry client package for our VSC extension to v0.9.7 and stopped getting any reports. We downgraded to v0.9.6 and all got back to normal (we used v0.9.6 with previous releases of our extension and everything was also fine).
Let me know if I can help anyhow to troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for the report, this should be fixed in 0.9.8. What happened is we lost support for instrumentation keys because connection strings are the new recommended way of doing things. I have since brought back support for both, but it may be worthwhile to move over to connection strings in the near future.
Thank you for the quick fix 🙏 I just checked it with updating to v0.9.8 and it works as it was before. We will consider the connection strings migration as well.
