Bug: Notebook Editor, Interactive Window, Python Editor cells

Steps to cause the bug to occur

  1. Start a new notebook withing vscode

Actual & Expected behavior

Please provide as much info as you readily know

  • Jupyter server running: Local
  • Extension version: 22019.11.42782-dev
  • VS Code version: 1.39
  • Setting python.jediEnabled: true | false
  • Python and/or Anaconda version: 3.7.4
  • OS: Mac
  • Virtual environment: conda

Thanks for the bug. This is likely an editor setting in VS code that we're not honoring at the moment.

Validated. Used cascadia code for ligatures and tested with the editor auto close bracket setting.
