IpyKernel 6 modal dialog mentions debugging when I just did run-by-line. #7124

Ipykernel 6 is needed for debugging, click Install to continue. Or you can run 'pip install ipykernel==6.0.3/conda install ipykernel=6'

This should either say "run-by-line" instead of debugging OR "run-by-line and debugging" OR avoid saying the feature name at all: Ipykernel 6 is required to use this feature, click Install to continue....

New modal dialog doesn't mention the feature specifically. So resolved, though would be really nice to do the auto install here.
