Can you share some error output or anything about what you're seeing in terms of issues? Is the problem with Python or VS Code? It's sounding like you may have either messed up your global install of Python or you're accidentally installing into one Python install but then trying to run with another. |

Due to inexperience, I have some how botched my VSCode & Python installation to the point where I can't seem to do anything useful with my setup.
I am running on Win 11 and had some success in preliminary tests, using Python & poetry to set up me development environment using Python 3.11.0. When I tried to install Python 3.10.7 to try an resolve some perceived issues with some of the libraries I wanted to use, things went completely wrong and now I cannot seem to install any packages or run any code, since the necessary packages are missing.
In desperation I uninstalled and re-installed VSCode, but that only seemed to make things worse.
Any help, hints or references will be most appreciated.
