The issue in #78 seems to happen often enough. Sometimes a remote machine is intentionally isolated from the internet and thus cannot install the server files via wget or curl.
Please provide a method to download the necessary remote server files on the the local machine, push the files to the remote, and install the files on the remote.
This can be done manually, as noted in the above issue, but this is a tedious process.
