Test: Use polling for file watching in WSL1

• Have Windows with WSL enabled: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/remote/wsl#_getting-started
• Install the latest Remote WSL extension (0.38.1 or newer, to be published Tuesday morning)
• To verify that polling is used: Use command Set Log Level, set to Verbose. Open a WSL window, then open the Remote Server log and check that you see the message Use polling.
  • This will only show up in WSL1
• Test that file watching in WSL windows works. File changes, addition, deletions, renames.
  Besides looking at the explorer updating, also check the verbose log as described above
• Test that you can rename non-empty folders
• Test that the performance is acceptable on big workspaces.
