Expected behaviour

Rendered text doesn't move while Notebook is running

Actual behaviour

Rendered Markdown text flashes/jumps/flickers as Notebook executes

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Fork Golden Scenario Repo
  2. Scroll down to cell 42
  3. Run all above/below
  4. "Neural Network" text flickers
