Everytime when the Visual Studio Code needs updating, it pops up a dialog saying "Updating Visual Studio Code....". It'd be better to make a full translation for it in Chinese as below:

The inno updater isn't translated right now. Assigning @joaomoreno who owns that.

We don't currently support localization in the inno-updater package. There's no easy fix here for now.
