ctrl+A doesn't seem to work quite right. I only see that everything in an output cell is shown after focusing out of the output:

Looks like a focus issue.
@alexr00 can you click on the text that contains the Issue number along with the date and author.
Press it a few times untill the output contains the blue border indicating the fact that the output has been selected.
And then press Ctrl+A, it should then work.

I would like to verify that you too are seeing the same issue at your end.

Closing and marking as verifeid as this has been tested in other issues/TPI items,
We have an edge case for HTML and this has to do with focus in outputs -> creating a separate issue for this
