Testing #44447

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open user settings.
  2. Try configuring "launch"

Bug

"launch" seemed to be typed as plain old object. There is no intellisense for top level property values and no error reporting if you incorrectly set these.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
