Testing #48407

When opening code with an extension that contributes a new view container, the delay due to extension loading feels a bit awkward. Especially in the case that you have moved the icon in the activity bar in between builtin view containers, it just sort of pops in after a second or so.

It would be nice to find an solution/experience that works around this delay.
