Testing #57304

Clicking on a link in the settings to navigate to another setting should reveal the target setting at the same spot where the original setting was (maybe align titles). Currently the editor seems to scroll as little as possible, so when the link is at the top and the target setting is further down, it is revealed at the bottom which is hard to catch:
