cannot clear terminal when press ctrl + L, which situation happens when make git bash integration

1. integration git bash to vscode terminal
2. It cannot be clear When press crtl + L, as follow picture , I hava pressed Ctrl + L.

3. This issue is existed, I found it at issue 75896, #75896
