While testing #77427

Issue Type: Bug

  1. Start with code-insiders --user-data-dir ./<something new>
  2. Open the Settings editor
  3. Filter the Settings editor to “commands to skip”
  4. Add Item for “Commands to Skip Shell”
  5. Paste aaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaa aaaaa as value and press “OK”
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 a couple of times
  7. Press the edit/pencil button on the last item entry
    -> all items go into edit mode
