Resizing renders console usable #8448

Testing #8222.

Open the terminal
cd to a directory with around 100 entries or more (such as node_modules)
run a ls -lasi
scroll to the very top of the console output
grap the top of the console to resize the pane
-> console output disappears; console becomes unusable and needs to be closed
