Unable to save a plotly image rendered in Notebook output

Steps to Reproduce:

Unfortunately the Python extension is still a WIP in progress (will try to share a VSIX with @rebornix )
* Will try to get this out soon.
* I will also try to check what's going on in VSC.

• Run a cell and generate plotly output
• Save plotly image and a message appears (at this time notebook is empty), clicking OK brings back the notebook webview.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: N/A
