Updated Build (markdown)
Instructions for Ubuntu 16.04 were lacking the target directory for `dpkg -x` and i believe that the version of libliquid* (1.3.0-1) is not available anymore, while 1.3.1-1 is available and the build seems to be working.
add Ubuntu 21.04
fedora: package manager is dnf (not apt :D) and required headers are in qt5-qtbase-devel (no qt5 package on fedora)
Added Build instruction for Ubuntu 18.04
added clone git and cd into folder to all instructions
I discovered that for Ubuntu, the libliquid-dev library and its dependencies are not by default included. Hence, I solve that problem here with full installation instructions
Moving build instructions out of the README
