If I choose 00:01:00:000 to 00:03:00:000, it will cut starts like 00:00:50:000 or other time before my set time

Can you zoom in and check where the keyframes are? Maybe there is no keyframe between 00:00:50 and 00:01:00 and in such case it's working as expected
