The list of healthy trackers should be grouped by e.g. protocols.

Example groups:

IPv6, IPv4 and dual-stack,
HTTP, HTTPS, UDP, WSS,
IP only lists.

There should also be lists compatible with the µTorrent format, grouping the different endpoints of the same trackers.
