cannot get extension object or array to work

Hello guys,

This is my first time working with opc protocol and server. my task is to configure server to have specific variable structure but i cannot get it to work.

I am triyng to setup multiple arrays inside of arrays as shown in picture from uaexpert.

I have made simple variable as extension object using example flow but i have no idea how to continue.

I am at the end and do not know how to continue. If someone can help somehow it would be really appriciated.
