Improve video demos in the readme

The readme file contains a video demo of the plugin, but this has fallen behind in development somewhat.

I would welcome ideas on what to show off, and any help in creating new video demos!

There are cool new features that could be shown off (currently requiring the latest yazi and yazi.nvim):

• highlighting hovered buffers
  • feat!: add default colors for hover highlighting #194
  • feat: highlight the currently hovered file in yazi (opt-in) #180
• the grep_in_directory feature. I don't think this one is advertised much so probably few people know of it.
