Criticize a person's (technical) choices, not the person.
- Examples:
  - Wrong: Scripting language programmers are retarded. Correct: Scripting languages are retarded.
  - Wrong: Anyone who uses egyptian curly braces is retarded. Correct: Egyptian curly braces are retarded.
