ts-barrelr and vscode's organizeImports don't agree #23

ts-barrelr puts folder imports last
organizeImports just sorts them alphabetically

This leads to an "unstable" barrel

Also note there's something going on with organizeImports and special chars like _ and -
microsoft/TypeScript#37548
