[twitter] Downloading images from user accounts is broken

Running v1.20.4, attempting to download all images from a user appears to be broken;

[twitter][error] Unable to retrieve Tweets from this timeline

Tried it with a bunch of different accounts, and they all gave the same result. It worked fine earlier today, so it likely broke sometime in the last couple hours. Downloading search results still seems to work fine.

Edit; /media URLs (eg. https://twitter.com/ksuwabe/media) still work as well.

This is known and fixed for the next version (see pinned issue).

Isn't #2275 a different issue? This one showed up just yesterday.

Though I suppose Twitter seems to be breaking rather frequently lately, so maybe one issue is all we need.

There is also #2290 mentioning that it works with /media
Looks like the same problem here, or at least related.
