[Deviantart] [Request] Allow shortened URLs

DeviantART has two shortened URL formats: fav.me and the deviation number. Please add the ability to use at least one of these so I don't have to type the whole artist name, title, and deviation number to download a deviation.

Example URLs:
fav.me/ddijrpu
deviantart.com/deviation/817215762

Currently if I try to use one of those, GDL just tells me "[error] No suitable extractor found" or "[error] Unsupported URL" (even if I try to force it with "deviantart:" prefixed to the URL).
