Tiled 9-slice (Nine Patch) is very common (even more common than stretched variation), would be nice have the option to use it with Nine Patch decorator as well.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion.

Could you elaborate a bit? How is it different and how do you want to use it? We have some tiling options for our image decorator, that could be something to take inspiration from. I would also like to see what is used elsewhere in other projects.

f it cuts off mid-tile, won't it look very jarring with a visible seam? Of course it would depend on the image being tiled.

That's up to the artist, but it's common for images made for 9-slices that they are seamless when tiled (borders and center).

Thanks! I see, yeah, the last one shouldn't give any seems, when you have a pattern that doesn't really need to line up. The one in the link would give seams at specific widths.

I can definitely see the utility, there are some good use cases, and it'll be up to users to use them well :)
